Real estate photography is a different job from marketing a holiday villa. Marketing sells a dream; a listing must build trust: the buyer wants to see the room as it really is, spacious and in correct proportion. That requires a 16-24mm wide angle plus vertical/horizontal line (perspective) correction. Without it, walls tip inward, the room looks narrower than it is, and the listing reads as "amateur" — buyers scroll past in two seconds.
In Fethiye, most buyers are foreign: Russian and British buyers often shortlist a property from the photos alone, before ever getting on a plane. That makes light and color calibration critical: a photo shot in daylight but with the wrong white balance looks "yellow/cold" on screen and cheapens the property. If you also target Booking/Airbnb rental, the same set works for both sale and rental listings.
In this geography the strongest selling point is often not the house itself but its location and view: distance to the sea, the Babadağ/bay view, the walk to the complex or town. You can't capture that from the ground — a drone tells the property's location, garden/pool layout and surroundings in a single frame. Two or three good drone shots bring more clicks than twenty interior photos.
Speed is part of the sale: a property gets the most interest the week it hits the market. So I close the shoot → color/perspective edit → delivery loop within 24-72 hours. Working with an agency, a monthly retainer queues each new listing in the same visual language, building a consistent portfolio — which also strengthens the agency's brand.
From a single listing to a monthly agency package, end-to-end visuals for sale and rental.

An eye that shows the property at its best but honestly; sells the location and view; and delivers fast.
A photo + drone package for a single listing; photo + video tour for rentals; a monthly retainer for agencies (e.g. 8-15 listings/month) with a volume advantage. The exact number is tailored to property size, drone/video scope and delivery speed.
Get a Quote →Real estate photography is done to SELL/RENT a property: realistic, spacious, correctly proportioned, listing standard. Villa marketing is shot more cinematically to PROMOTE a holiday brand. I do both but never mix them — trust for a listing, a dream for marketing. For holiday villa promotion, see the Fethiye Villa Photography page.
For a typical apartment/villa, 20-35 edited photos + 3-6 drone shots. Delivery in 24-72 hours (speed matters because a property gets the most interest the week it goes live). Video tour and social cuts from the same shoot are optional.
In residential and tourism areas drone flight is subject to civil aviation rules; planning a suitable area and time is my responsibility. There can be restrictions near military/no-fly zones and busy airports (like Dalaman) — I check the location during the brief and propose the right solution.
Yes. Foreign buyers usually shortlist remotely, from visuals alone. A 360° virtual tour and video tour are especially useful here; I can also prepare EN/RU visual layouts for the listing cover. I work in this format with agencies focused on Russian and British buyers.
On a monthly retainer (e.g. 8-15 listings/month): each new listing is queued, building a consistent portfolio in the same visual language and folder structure. This lowers unit cost and strengthens your brand. We can also set a fixed day/route plan.
Both work. In a furnished property I do quick staging to clear clutter and open the light and curtains. In an empty property wide angle and correct perspective matter even more; on request, digital staging (placing furniture) can make the room feel lived-in.
