Clinic Promotional Shoot
Interior, reception, equipment and detail photos. The first frame a patient sees before arriving — tidy, bright, trust-building.
Promotional photography, clinic tour video, doctor/team portraits and social media content sets for dental clinics, aesthetic centers and healthcare providers. I'm not an agency — I'm a visual producer and designer: more real, higher-quality visuals. Legally compliant, informative content.
Healthcare is a business of trust, and today that trust is almost always first formed through a screen. Before a patient ever steps into the clinic, they see your Instagram profile, your Google business photos and a promotional video. Is the reception tidy, is the equipment modern, does the doctor inspire confidence — all of it turns into a decision in the first few seconds, through visuals. A dim, badly color-balanced photo shot on a phone makes the clinic look "cheap" no matter how good a doctor you are. Good visuals build trust before an appointment is even booked.
This is where my difference begins: I'm not a social media agency, I'm a visual producer and designer. Agencies mostly fill feeds with stock imagery and template carousels; I come to your clinic and shoot the real space, the real team and the real process. In my work on the dental side (DentGen) and the aesthetics/education side (Duru Akademi), I've seen that telling a clinic's story with its own visuals earns far more trust and engagement than generic content. Content being "real" is the strongest marketing argument in healthcare.
The most critical part of healthcare content is the legal framework. In Turkey, healthcare providers are restricted by regulation from direct advertising and from making promises with "before/after" imagery; informative and introductory content, on the other hand, is permitted. I produce content with that line in mind: a language that introduces the clinic, team, equipment and process and informs the patient — but contains no misleading health promises, guarantees or comparisons. This approach both protects you in audits and makes your brand look serious, because exaggerated promises already erode trust with an informed patient.
I work across two geographies, and the strategy differs in each. In Fethiye and the surrounding area, local clinic competition is low: here even a few quality promotional sets and a consistent Instagram feed are enough to make a clinic stand out in the region. In Istanbul (dental and aesthetics especially), volume and competition are very high: here the difference comes from visual quality and brand consistency — every post going out with the same light, tone and typography makes you look corporate amid scattered profiles. In both cases the output is the same: a visual language that makes the clinic look real, high-quality and trustworthy.
From a single promotional shoot to a monthly content package, end-to-end visuals, video and social content for your clinic.
Interior, reception, equipment and detail photos. The first frame a patient sees before arriving — tidy, bright, trust-building.
"About us" portraits, doctor introductions, team shoots. A consistent, warm face aligned with your brand voice.
Walkthrough promo video and reels — telling the space, team and process informatively, within legal limits. Vertical + horizontal.
Carousel, story and reels content set. Informative, legally compliant posts consistent with your brand typography and color.
Specialty (dental / aesthetics / polyclinic), audience (Fethiye local or Istanbul volume), key service and legal limits are clarified.
Interior, team, equipment and process shoot. Directing with patient privacy and data protection (KVKK) in mind; only consented/staged scenes.
Color, retouch, reels editing. Visual and copy review so nothing contains misleading promises, guarantees or before/after comparisons.
Photo + video + content set. Ready for social formats (vertical/square), delivered in a clean folder structure.
An eye that shows the clinic at its best but honestly; shoots the team in a trust-building way; and produces content within legal limits and true to the brand.
A one-off clinic promotional set (photos + tour video), or a monthly retainer for clinics producing content continuously (e.g. 1-2 shoots + a content set per month). A scaled start for Fethiye local clinics, or a high-volume content stream for Istanbul aesthetics/dental. The exact number is tailored to clinic size and the scope of shoot and content.
Get a Quote →No, and this is exactly what I pay attention to. In Turkey, healthcare providers are restricted by regulation from direct advertising and from making promises with "before/after" imagery. Informative content introducing the clinic, team, equipment and process, however, is permitted. I produce content with that line in mind: no misleading health promises, guarantees or comparisons; an introductory, informative language. This keeps you protected in audits and makes the brand look more serious.
I'm not an agency; I'm a visual producer and designer. That's my difference: agencies often work with stock imagery and template content, while I come to the clinic and shoot the real space, team and process. If you have an agency handling day-to-day social media management (daily posting, community management), I can work alongside them — the high-quality visual/video set I produce feeds their feed. On request I also provide a content calendar and a designed post set.
Yes. On the dental side I've done content and visual production work with DentGen, and on the aesthetics/education side with Duru Akademi. These collaborations gave me a practical command of the dynamics of healthcare and clinic content — especially building trust and staying within legal limits. You can see the related work in the portfolio.
Both. In Fethiye and the surrounding area, local clinic competition is low — here a few quality promotional sets and a consistent Instagram feed put you ahead in the region. In Istanbul (dental and aesthetics especially), volume and competition are high; there the difference comes from visual quality and brand consistency. I'm based in Fethiye; travel/accommodation is added to the package for Istanbul shoots.
Only consented and staged scenes are used in shoots; if patient imagery is needed, written consent (KVKK notice + consent) is required and this is your responsibility, clarified with my guidance. Most content can be produced without any patient at all: the space, team, equipment and process. Team- and clinic-focused staging instead of real patient content is both legally safe and a way to put the brand forward.
A standard clinic promotional set: 25-40 edited photos + 1 clinic tour video + 3-5 reels/story edits. Delivery in 5-7 business days. On a monthly package, a new shoot + content set is planned each month. All content is ready for social formats (vertical/square) and delivered consistent with your brand color and typography.
