Architectural Photography
Interior, exterior, pool, terrace and architectural detail shots. HDR brackets plus perspective correction.
I'm based in Fethiye and shoot photography, drone and interior sessions for villa owners and rental agencies along the Ölüdeniz, Göcek, Kalkan, Kayaköy and Hisarönü line. Imagery that raises the booking rate on your Booking and Airbnb listing, built on catching the light at the right hour and showing the architecture from the right perspective.
Fethiye's geography is both generous and demanding for photography. In Hisarönü and Ölüdeniz, shadowed by Babadağ, morning light starts late and shifts dramatically by afternoon; pool shots need to happen just before noon, exterior and drone work after 17:00. Kalkan's elevated villas have a direct view of the horizon, and golden hour runs about 30 minutes longer there.
Villas in the Göcek coves usually sit within forest and force you to work with side light. Shooting a clean interior there without a reflector and external flash is close to impossible. Kayaköy's stone houses have architecture as their own character; lens choice and perspective correction (tilt-shift or post) do half the work.
For drone work, the Ölüdeniz lagoon, the Babadağ paragliding route and the area near Dalaman Airport are restricted zones. As an SHGM-licensed pilot, I check NOTAM through the Drone-Pilot app and fly professional aerial footage below 120 meters wherever airspace is open. In restricted zones my usual recommendation is shooting from the villa's own elevation on the sea side, or from a stairwell/tower composition; the result gets close to a drone's effect.
Seasonal timing matters too: the March-May and September-November windows give the purest turquoise coastal tones and the greenest vegetation. Mid-July through August the light is harsh and the coast is crowded; for that window it's usually more effective to weight the brief toward reels/video rather than photos.
End-to-end production, from a single villa shoot to delivery for Booking, Airbnb and social media.
Interior, exterior, pool, terrace and architectural detail shots. HDR brackets plus perspective correction.
SHGM-licensed pilot, DJI Mavic 3 Pro. Villa plus surrounding topography, coastline, NOTAM clearance.
Color calibration, sky replacement where needed, object removal, panorama stitching.
Separate crops for Booking, Airbnb and web (16:9, 4:3, 1:1) plus a commercial use license PDF.
I work out a time plan based on the villa's orientation, view and the season. If you have a Booking/Airbnb target, the crop list goes into the brief too.
Interiors in the morning, exterior plus drone in the afternoon. I arrange minimal staging (bedding, decor) if needed.
HDR merge, perspective correction, sky replacement where needed, object removal. Raw files are kept archived up to 1.5 TB.
16:9, 4:3, 1:1 delivered as separate folders via WeTransfer/Dropbox. Commercial use license sent as a PDF.
An eye that reads Mediterranean light and knows Booking/Airbnb crop rules by heart, timed to the season's best hours.
Half-day (30-40 images), full-day (60-80 images plus drone) and multi-villa portfolio packages are available. For rental agencies booking 5+ villas, I offer a volume discount. The exact number is tailored to villa size, location and delivery timeline.
Get a Quote →Half a day (4-5 hours) is enough for a standard 4-bedroom villa. For larger villas with 6+ rooms or multiple pools/terraces, I recommend a full day. Drone footage adds another 30-60 minutes depending on wind conditions.
Fethiye's best light falls in two windows: 08:00-11:00 in the morning and 16:00-19:30 in the afternoon (golden hour). I use these windows for the pool and exterior. Interiors are shot mid-day with HDR brackets.
Yes. I'm a licensed pilot registered with SHGM (Turkey's civil aviation authority) and fly with NOTAM clearance through the Drone-Pilot app in open airspace. In restricted zones like the Ölüdeniz lagoon and near Babadağ, I suggest alternative compositions.
The half-day package delivers 30-40 edited high-res JPGs, the full-day package 60-80. I also deliver separate crops (16:9, 4:3, 1:1) for Booking, Airbnb and catalog use within the same package.
Yes, though the marketing power of the images drops. For these cases I suggest minimal staging: bedding, towels, a set table, fresh flowers. A small optional staging budget (1,500-3,500 TL) noticeably improves the result.
I do, though the calendar fills up fast due to booking demand. For high season I recommend reserving at least 2 weeks ahead. Low season (November-March) is ideal for both price and light quality; coastal colors come out cleaner.
