Rooms & Common Areas
Room types, lobby, pool, terrace, spa. Wide angle + perspective correction, window HDR. Booking gallery standard.
Visuals that drive bookings on Booking, Airbnb and social media. Cinematic photography, a promo film and drone that tell your hotel like a brand: location, sea, rooms, common areas and atmosphere in one voice. The right time for pre-season (Feb-May) planning.
Hotel photography is a completely different job from real estate listing photography. Real estate is about "build trust, show it realistically"; hotel promotion is about "make them feel the holiday." On Booking or Airbnb a guest scrolls past dozens of properties in 2-3 seconds; what makes them stop is not the price but the emotion the cover image triggers. The sea, the light, morning coffee by the pool — before they even read the rate, the guest thinks "I want to be there." That is why in hotel shoots brand and atmosphere come before technical accuracy.
In Fethiye the strongest selling point is often not the room itself but its location and view: a terrace facing Ölüdeniz's turquoise, a boutique hotel on the slopes of Babadağ, a jetty descending into Göcek bay, a rooftop in Kalkan's stone streets. You can't convey that from the ground — a drone tells the property's distance to the sea, the pool-garden layout and the surrounding bay in a single cinematic frame. Two or three good drone shots let the guest grasp "where this is" in a second and speed up the booking decision.
A full promo set is not just one beautiful room; it tells the experience a guest will live all day long. Room types (standard, deluxe, suite), common areas (lobby, pool, terrace, spa), food & drink (breakfast buffet, à la carte dinner, poolside cocktail) and atmosphere (sunset, candlelight, night lighting) are shot together. This set feeds your website hero, your Booking gallery and your Instagram feed alike — one production, multi-channel content.
A promo video is now as critical as photography: a 15-20 second cinematic loop on the website hero, vertical reels on social, a property video on Booking all visibly raise the booking rate. In Fethiye the season opens in April-May; the most bookings gather in the February-March early-booking window. So planning the shoot pre-season (Feb-May) means the set is ready not at the season opening but at the moment the guest decides.
From a boutique hotel to a resort, from a single shoot to a season-long content package — end-to-end visuals for Booking/Airbnb and brand.
Room types, lobby, pool, terrace, spa. Wide angle + perspective correction, window HDR. Booking gallery standard.
Distance to the sea, bay, pool-garden layout, sunset shots. Tells the property location in one cinematic frame.
Breakfast buffet, à la carte, poolside cocktail, sunset light. A separate set for the restaurant and bar.
A 15-20s cinematic loop for the web hero + vertical reels for social + a Booking property video. Consistent brand tone.
Target guest (local/foreign), property identity, standout areas. Shoot times are planned around the view, sunset and occupancy.
Rooms + common areas + food + drone. Quick staging where needed: bed dressing, towel-flower detail, table setup, light.
Perspective/window HDR, color calibration to the brand palette, video edit + music + rhythm. A tone that strengthens the atmosphere.
Optimized for web/Booking + print resolution + vertical social cuts. WeTransfer/Dropbox. A folder structure ready for the whole season.
An eye that tells the property like a brand; shows the location and view cinematically; and unites rooms, food and atmosphere in one voice.
A photo + drone + short promo video package for a single shoot; a full-day rooms + common areas + food set for a boutique hotel; a season-long content package (photo + reels + campaign visuals) for resorts and chains with a volume advantage. The exact number is tailored to property size, number of room types, video/drone scope and delivery format.
Get a Quote →Real estate photography is done to SELL/RENT a property: realistic, spacious, correctly proportioned, listing standard. Hotel promotion is more cinematic and emotional, made to MARKET a hospitality brand — the goal is to drive bookings on Booking/Airbnb and social media. I do both but never mix them: trust for a listing, feeling and brand for promotion. If you want to sell a unit, see the Fethiye Real Estate Photography page.
In Fethiye the season opens in April-May, but the most bookings gather in the February-March early-booking window. Guests decide exactly then, on Booking and Instagram. If your promo set is not ready at that moment, you pass through the busiest booking window with old/weak visuals. So we plan the shoot to be ready for the decision period, not the season opening.
Room types (standard, deluxe, suite), common areas (lobby, pool, terrace, spa), food & drink (breakfast buffet, à la carte, poolside cocktail), atmosphere (sunset, night lighting) and aerial location/drone shots. For a typical boutique hotel, 40-70 edited photos + drone shots + an optional 15-30s promo video and vertical social cuts.
In tourism and residential areas drone flight is subject to civil aviation rules; planning a suitable area and time is my responsibility. There can be restrictions near military/no-fly zones and busy airports (like Dalaman) — I check the property location during the brief and propose the right solution. Sunset and golden-hour shots give the most effective result.
Hotel promotion is the intersection of the villa/hospitality, food & cocktail and event disciplines. At one property I can shoot them all with a single team: rooms in a villa logic, the restaurant with food styling, a pool party/gala with an event flow. This lowers cost and keeps all visuals consistent in the same brand language — no scattered gallery pieced together from different photographers.
Both have a role. For architecture and room detail, shooting when the property is calm/empty gives a cleaner result (no clutter, full control of the light). For atmosphere and a "living hotel" feel, I use controlled figuration (a few guests by the pool, a service moment at breakfast). We usually combine the two on a plan: an empty space early in the morning, atmosphere shots during the day.
